Sachin who waved the flag said "This is a matter of huge pride for the country. I've followed F1 for a long time now and have been a big fan of Michael Schumacher. Today, I'll cheer for Sahara Force India as an Indian"
Shahrukh had this to say - "The Indian GP is taking place in my hometown. It's a great feeling. I'm loving the noise here. It's a lovely atmosphere and it's great to see so many people have turned up for the event. I'm here to support the Force India team and the team car will be sporting the movie poster"
