SRK, Big B to launch Kochadaiiyaan trailer

Kochadaiiyaan audio and trailer will be released by Amitabh Bachchan & Shah Rukh Khan on 9th March. Apparently, Shah Rukh got a call from Rajnikanth's daughter and director of the film Soundarya Ashwin Rajinikanth. SRK was only too eager to confirm his attendance. Kochadaiiyaan, India's first motion capture photo-realistic animated film, features Deepika Padukone, Jackie Shroff, R. Sarath Kumar, Aadi Pinisetty and Shobana.

Despite the giddy pace, it soon becomes clear that there's not enough of a story here, merely a string of gags. The thin plot is stretched out until it collapses under the weight of its contrivances, squandering a good cast, particularly Kirron Kher as the shrill Mummyji. Such a shame that the film's central conflict evaporates conveniently and unconvincingly in a hurried, all-too-neat finale. I'm going with two out of five for Total Siyapaa. Funny, but in a pedestrian sort of way.

Gulaab Gang Movie Review

Ratings:1.5/5 Review By: Rajeev Masand Site:CNN IBN
A handful of scenes are nicely shot, like one in a lake, where a local politician's rapist son finds himself surrounded by a few of Rajjo's revenge-seeking gang members who emerge dramatically from under the water. But such portions are few and far between in this dull film. And if you must watch this film, watch it for Juhi Chawla's inspired performance; it's the only bright spot in Gulaab Gang. I'm going with one-and-a-half out of five. Muddled and forgettable.

Queen is the quintessential inspirational tale with a central performance that makes most of what we see in Hindi cinema look like put-on slide shows . If you miss Queen you may never get a chance to know how Rani journeyed into self-actualization. And that would be your loss entirely.
