Aww! Ayushmann & wife Tahira celebrate filmy Karwa Chauth!

Karwa Chauth is one occasion which celebrated with great fervour in Bollywood. While Shilpa Shetty, Sridevi, Raveena Tandon and all celebrated it at Anil Kapoor's residence by dubsmashing to PRDP songs and killing time, actor Ayushmann Khurrana and his cute wife Tahira had a rather filmy Karwa Chauth.

Since Ayushmann was shooting yesterday, his doting wife managed to break her Karwa Chauth fast on the film's sets. Not just that, but because after breaking the fast, the husband is supposed to feed the wife with something sweet, Khurrana did that with ice-cream. Haha.. yes you read that right, the Dum Laga Ke Haisha actor was seen holding a box of ice-cream in his hand while his lovely wife was performing the pooja.

Titli Hindi Movie Review

It is hard to not lose your heart to noir cinema. It is stylish, sexy and oozes oodles of raw energy. Titli redefines the prevalent suave understanding of noir cinema, turns it on his head and paints a milieu that is suggestive of the brutal world that exists beyond the fringes of our metropolitan setups. The film is gritty, dark and often a little too suffocatingly so. It takes heart to sit through this marvelous piece of cinema which is so painfully real, so overwhelming and so exhausting to watch.
Cinema is mostly an exhilarating experience but then once in a while a filmmaker like Kanu Bahl pops up to mirror the evils of our society, its downtrodden thinking, its chauvinistic vein and why we have plunged so far into the sinister world of crime. Bahl and his writer Sharat Katariya examine and dissect the thought process which leads way to such gruesome acts. In Titli, Katariya ups his writing notches above the arguably terrific piece Dum Laga Ke Haisha, that came earlier this year. Titli is bold, irreverent and sorted. It was an easily likeable film, but it was evidently and visibly a novice's work. In Titli, Katariya finds an unshakable voice and creates multi-faceted characters. In such films, it is easy to villainfy playing on stereotypes, but Katariya's characters are not devilish. They are menacing and people you'll despise, but he ably makes them human and explains the workings of their psyche.

Main Aur Charles Movie Review

Charles Sobhraj is a master con-artist who believed deception is an art. It is, hence, ironical that a film depicting his colourful shades ends up being such a drab and quite a bore for most of the first part. Prawaal Raman's Main Aur Charles can hardly be a tribute the man with its discrepancies. It is understandable that Charles had to be created out of thin air, since very little research matter is available on him and the team didn't have the privilege of a first hand research while shooting. The lack of detailing shows in the way Charles is carved, despite Randeep Hooda's bewitching act. It is tricky to point out what exactly goes wrong with the film. While a lot is going right in the film especially its delicious twists and turns and the macabre feel of its milieu, it falls weak due to the lack of a strong narrative. Somewhere in between the written word and the screen, Main Aur Charles loses its soul.

Sunny Leone takes lessons from Salman Khan's 'Judwaa' for 'Mastizaade'

Sunny Leone, who would be seen in the much anticipated laugh riot 'Mastizaade', for the first time will be essaying a double role in this Milap Zaveri film. While in one of the role, Sunny will be portrayed in sexy, the other Sunny will be a nerdy girl.
A source from the set revealed that Sunny did a lot of research when it came to her character and juggling between the roles of both the twins. Not only that but she also saw Salman Khan's 'Judwaa', to see how the actor juggled between both the roles giving a distinct identity to both the characters.
"For my research I did see a lot of films where actors essayed double roles and one of them was Salman Khan's rib tickling comedy Judwaa," admits Sunny.
