OMG! She gave a whole new meaning to looking hideous. The parting and it has a different shade of white with respect to the white on the pallu. Total mismatch. The hair looks even more bad from behind. I think this is straight from what she wore for the red carpet. And what are those long sleeves? They look good for someone like Indira Gandhi, not her. And look at how she draped the sari. Everything is bad about this look.

MASABA'S designs r horrible n i sonam's completely overrated....dat shows she's just d puppet in d hands of designers n hv no dressin sense at al...else y wud she wear somethin so bad? she is in a position 2 say no to silly designs dan to represent d indian traditional outfit so badly..thumbs down for this look....red carpet look ws still betta but a bit of colour cud have added a bling...
ReplyDeleteapart from the hair, i dont find myself liking anything else in this look. the makeup is bad, the blouse is weird, the saree would have looked better if not for that beige layer near the pallu region.

you need grace and poise and sonam just lacks it here. the attention pose doesnot help either.
I LOVE this look, you people live under a rock, this is not your conventional typical Bollywood chiffon sheer sari that manish malhotra makes. .....She took a huge risk and wore some thing mordern and chic, polka dots dont ever go out of fashion.
ReplyDeleteRight being honest here. Sonam is not what you call the average good looking face she's average. L'Oreal makeup looks good on people with light skinned tones as L'Oreal is all about making you look natural and good, they are certainly not in the business of making someone look whiter. The sari is a complete DISASTER, the quirky look fails. She was oozing confidence on the RC in her gown but the Sari is a flop! <<< Honesty.

ReplyDeletelove this girl... guys remember aish on her first day at cannes... she did not gain much attension even till now some camera men still dnt take her. her pics are not that much either. i remember aish first day at the cannes she was a nobody even her 2nd 3rd 4rd appearance aish was still a no body i give it to sonam... hving this much camera attention, is like they can get enough of her.... looks like the French guys re in love lol...
