Hmmm, the song itself is kinda boring, the video is OK I guess, she's definitely enthusiastic. It's just copying Sheila and Munni but not really pulling it off.

ReplyDeletei dont particularly like this song. most of the times such "classy" item numbers are added just to draw the audience and not coz the script demands it.
for me all are the same, but mutton was the funniest like zenny said.
I wish directors would chose good scripts and make films with integrity. I am sick and tired of Bollywood selling us cheap, rip-of films by using sleazy songs and super star names. The audience need to wake up and patronize innovative small-budget films instead of blinding watching terrible movies just because it has a big star/ item number. If the only reason you watch a movie is to stare at some hot chick's body, that is desperate and pathetic. Might as well save yourself the expense and watch some porn online. Movies are supposed to be about intelligent witty scripts, well choreographed dances and winning performances, but these days they're just soft porn, nothing more. Sad.
ReplyDeleteTo be honest, all these Munnis, Sheilas, Shalus are the same. They are included to please the mass audiences. So I don't think we should look for logic in it.
ReplyDeleteAs for the song, this is just as good/bad as Munni, Sheila. But it could have done without including Sheila and Munni in the lyrics. Mallika has a good body. I have to credit her for that.
boooring, between all these munni, sheila, razia and shalu i prefer the Mutton..:P

Now I'm hearing theres one in Delhi Belly and Dhouble Dhammal. If the script demands it fine but for gods sake don't just have it for the sake of it and if your gonna have it make it decent atleast. This song without the visuals is AWFUL.
