To "makeupcritic", Aishwarya is the international brand ambassador of L'Oreal, so her ads get shown everywhere. I am attaching some videos for you at the end of this message - her ads are there in English (shown in UK, US n other countries), French, German, Italian, Arabic etc and Hindi ofcourse. Sonam is only for India. So her ads get showed only in India. In India too mostly Aish ads are shown. In the last 2 and half years, only one Sonam ad was shown for a brief period. And no, India never gets Beyonce, Eva or Cheryl Cole ads.
