Why blame the men, it women like you that are destructive to write trash. I'm for women lib but this case, the bachans are at fault for the following reasons:
    1) These veteran heroines were not proganists for their specific films. This film is primarily centered on the heroine char showing her beauty, vulnerability and sensitivity. The role needs someone to wear modern short and sexy outfits that could not be done by a pregnant woman.
    2) Amitabh Bachan had no write to announce such big news on a public social network without consulting parties knowing that she was filming a very sensitive movie.
    3) If this was Aishwarya Oberoi or Khan, this would not raise awareness to women, but it is Aishwarya Bachan, the family who thinks they discover indian cinema.
    4) Bachans were promoting their movie (son producer and father actor). It gives them publicity.
    5) These heroines are friends and Bachans' heroines.
    6) In every working environments, employees should notify employers of their health if it was going to affect their work ethics. Most employers are able to work around situations like this.
    7) Ash was pregnant when she signed and announced the film at Cannes knowing damn well of her pregnancy. This would have affected her health and baby as well.
    8) The bachans are selfish and self-centered. Its all about them...No concern for anybody else but themselves.
    9) If this would have happen to other actresses such as Sushmita Sen, Rani, Vidya, Lara and even Kareena, this would not been an issue and it would not been a priority for the media and bollywood industry.
    10) Ash is one manipulative and selfish being, still she has not faced the media to offer her reasoning. There is always the father-in-law blogging and getting people to fight their battle.
    11) She is not the only pregnant woman in India. All women should be given the opportunity with similar situations like this.

I am so happy these respected & mature women who everybody admires stands behind Aishwarya & I am also standing behind Aishwarya & I think if Madhur allowed Aishwarya to work in the movie she would of completed the movie with elegance.
