Katrina Kaif's relationship with Salman Khan was an open secret when they used to date some years back. However, Katrina is still on good terms with the Bhaijaan of Bollywood. In an interview with GQ, Katrina mentioned that she will always remain good friends with Salman.
During the promotions of Salman's film Prem Ratan Dhan Payo, Salman had made fun of Katrina whose face featured on some of the 'pataka' packets. He had spotted them and warned Kapil not to look at them, as they were of no use to Kapil (on the TV show Comedy Nights With Kapil). He also kidded that they were of no use to him either. This had everyone in splits.
However, Katrina mentioned that she called up Salman and yelled at him for those comments. She said, "The base of my relationship with Salman was correct, it was true. Which is why we are still able to be friends. But he lives in a parallel universe, always making these jokes about me publicly, which get the media really kicked. Like the comment he made on Kapil's show when he saw my pictures on a set of crackers. 'She is of no use to me'! I called him and yelled at him. I can do that, it is the sort of equation we have. He said, 'Okay sorry I will apologize to the media'. I told him to do no such thing and maintain a dignified silence if that is possible."
Well, isn't that the cutest thing? These two are definitely model ex-lovers, aren't they?
