While Indian media has been speculating about Deepika Padukone being part of the 7th installment of Fast & Furious, we get a confirmation on this from the producer, Vin Diesel himself.
Talking to a UK website, Mr. Diesel clarifies about F&F 7.
The website reports, "The legendary Kurt Russell will be joining the cast along with other new recruits; action man Tony Jaa and Bollywood beauty Deepika Padukone. Russell has played many iconic roles in the past from Elvis to R.J MacReady in 'The Thing' to Stuntman Mike in Quentin Tarantino's 'Death Proof'. However his most iconic role is perhaps that of Snake Plissken in 'Escape from New York'."
Congratulations are in order for Ms. Padukone!
