This viral video records downright insensitive way of AI ground staff while dealing with hassled customers!

Air India has been in the news most of the time for all the wrong reasons. A recent shocking incident proved that not only Air India is an inefficiently run passenger flight, but also a callous one too!
Lately, the passengers in Mumbai who had bought AI tickets had a very bad time at the Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport, Terminal T2. It so happened that the passengers were informed via SMS service to reach the airport for check-in etcetera about 45 minutes before the flight departure. Although the passengers arrived 55 minutes prior the flight take-off, still they were not allowed entry by the flight staff! Despite persistent requests from the harassed passengers, the stubborn staff members did not budge ‘coz as per their rules the passengers need to check-in 60 minutes before the flight departure.
Of all the grieving and hassles passengers, a woman’s plea to allow her to board the flight so that she could reach her destination on time to see her seriously ailing mother was also turned down very heartlessly by the AI staff.
After this shocking display of insensitivity, AI definitely owes detailed explanation to the customers for the major goof-up!
