"Slumdog Millionaire" bought the Oscars - Ismail Darbar

I am not sure how many of you are following the allegations that music director Ismail Darbar has put on music meastro A R Rahman. In a press conference at Nagpur, Darbar said - ""I have heard that the Oscar awards are often bought by artists. I never understood how 'Slumdog Millionaire' received the Oscar. I know that it was bought by the recipients,"
A. R Rahman retorted - "“Oscars cannot be bought. It’s 3000 people… how can it be possible!”
Catch a video of Darbar talking abour Rahman.

This guy is only jealous. The Oscars are much different from Indian awards in the fact that they cannot be bought!

Jealousy that a bunch of foreigners made an honest movie showing the brutality of slum life, while bollywood still makes nonsensical musicals with item numbers praising 'gori chories' and "goria-re" s .
