Revealed! First look of Bajirao!

 Here is the much awaited look of Ranveer Singh from the highly awaited movie 'Bajirao Mastani'. The picture, which is clicked on the sets of the Sanjay Leela Bhansali movie, shows us a glimpse of the grandeur that we are going to experience while watching this very interesting period drama.

However, the first look of Ranveer has reached us not via Ranveer but from his body double, or so it seems. Surprised? so were we. The picture did fool us for a bit but if you look closely, you will notice that this is not Ranveer Singh. Besides, Ranveer is sporting a sling nowadays. Perhaps the Bajirao star will wait to have his hands free again, literally, before returning to the shoot.

 It looks like Anurag Kashyap's most ambitious project 'Bombay Velvet' is finally shaping up to the expectations of the filmmaker. Here are two new posters released by the team. The poster features Ranbir Kapoor, Anushka Sharma and Karan Johar.

Ranbir plays street fighter Johnny Balraj in this much awaited flick. He is sporting a messy hairstyle and has also got a small scar on his face. The actor will be seen cage fighting in the movie. Ranbir underwent high intensity boxing coaching to shoot for the part, before and during the shoot of the film in Sri Lanka. He will also be seen flaunting six-pack-abs.

Johnny Balraj, with a curly mop of hair is the ambitious upstart in the grey world of smuggling & stylish living of retro Mumbai, as Rosie Noronha is the star singer of the nightclub Bombay Velvet. The era fits, but the actor who arrests your attention here is Karan Johar. He successfully looks mysterious & layered. To see a glimpse of Kay Kay Menon in an Anurag Kashyap film brings back fond memories (they worked together in Paanch & Black Friday).

To be honest, the machine gun slinging from classic Hollywood mafia movies, the race course & the costumes seem familiar; but the boxing match & the retro nightclub with a jazz feel is innovative.

Hot! Anushka gets a tight kiss from Deepika

In Bollywood some things are happening for good. Be it Salman-SRK or Kajol and Karan Johar being friends again and recent is Deepika praising Anushka for her performance in ‘NH 10’.

Dips has gone out of her way to prove that all is well between her and Anushka. She has planted a tight kiss in front of the bugs at the censor board meeting that took place between the Bollywood stars and the politicians. 

Though there have been rumours in the past about a cold war between the two actresses, it seems they have mended their relationship and got off to a fresh start. Deepika gave her best wishes to Anushka, and said that she loved the thriller movie.

Alia's birthday celebrations!

 Alia Bhatt who turned 22 today bought in her birthday with a number of cakes as can be seen in a picture the actor posted on her Instagram!

Alia celebrated her birthday at Ellipses in Colaba (Mumbai) and posed for a photo with all the different cakes along with the chef, Kelvin Cheung.
