Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput’s Sangeet ceremony in Delhi was an all-family affair and pictures doing rounds on the internet show how much fun they had. We summarize the whole Sangeet ceremony for you here.
1. Venue: The ceremony took place at Mira’s Chhatarpur house. The family affair was celebratory to the fullest and guests were lavishly looked after.
2. What the couple wore: While Mira wore a beautiful yellow legenga by Anamika Khanna, Shahid was seen in maroon bandgala designed by Shahid’s friend Kunal Rawal. They looked very good! *No doubt*
3. The ultimate performance: The latkas and matkas were the part of the deed. But the ultimate one was when all witnessed Shahid and Mira dance to a popular Bollywood number. With Shahid on one knee and Mira adding a thunka, the two looked adorable.
4. Sangeet Playlist: Mainly Shahid’s hit songs ruled the evening. But Dilliwali Girlfriend, Bang Bang, Saturday Saturday, Jumme Ki Raat, Yaar Na Miley and other Bollywood chartbusters too created uproar.
5. After the ceremony: After the function wrapped up, Shahid and family made their way back to Oberoi, Gurgaon and will further the marriage ceremonies for the wedding day. They actually got lucky, as it started raining heavily in the area just after Shahid's family exited the venue.
