It was a race between two actresses to be a part of an upcoming multi-starer big project. The makers of the project were looking for a glamorous face and two heroines were fighting it out till the last minute for the plum role.
But ultimately one actress bagged the role because she agreed to show one of the producers a ‘good time’. A source said, “When the casting process was on, this girl had a private meeting with the producer and was taken on board. She was keen to be part of the film and when asked if she was willing to compromise, she nodded to everyone's surprise. She will soon begin shooting for her part.”
Both the actresses had done small time roles in a few films and during casting, the producers zeroed in particularly on these two actresses. The source added, “They were finding it tough to select one of them as both the girls were equally perfect to romance the lead hero. When the final decision came, the one who lost out on the big project was quite taken aback.”
The sudden selection of this particular actress has set tongues wagging.
