Anushka lashing out at journo - video goes viral

A video snippet of an interview Anushka Sharma gave to a leading news channel has gone viral in which the actor has lashed out at the journalist interviewing her.

Anushka is accompanied by her 'NH10' co-stars Neil Bhoopalam and Darshan Kumaar and can be seen getting irritated and annoyed with the journalist when the latter keeps asking questions related to her cricketer beau Virat Kohli.

When I watch a whodunit, a typical detective/spy film, I usually want a nail biting suspense and an edge of the seat climax; I spend a good part of my time trying to second-guess the killer; and if I fail at doing that, I end up liking the whodunit. Dibakar Banerjee’s ‘Detective Byomkesh Bakshy!’ didn’t surprise me with its suspense. Yet I simply loved the film, every minute of it. Such is its impact that, for once, I revise my template of reviewing a detective movie.

It’s a fabulous film. It is also an acquired taste.

The film, 'My Choice', has been made under the Vogue campaign 'VogueEmpower' which aims to empower women. The film talks about giving women the right to govern their own lives without question or judgement.

The film is available for viewing and was officially launched by Deepika and Homi at an event held at JSW, Mumbai.

Along with Deepika, known faces like celebrity hairstylist and business woman Adhuna Akhtar, film critic Anupama Chopra, actor Nimrit Kaur among many others star in the film as well.
