KRK-Anurag Kashyap spat turns ugly

Recently Kamal Rashid Khan (KRK), a known notorious tweeter and so called critic, tweeted that Karan Johar had offered him Rs. 25 lakhs to give 4 stars to Bombay Velvet.
He even targeted Anurag Kashyap through his tweets, where he said that he has stopped reviewing films as the film-makers of Bombay Velvet have been threatening him. Anurag Kashyap shot back yesterday, but the spat turned uglier at the second trailer launch of Bombay Velvet today.

When Anurag was asked about KRK, he mentioned, “KRK has given me an open challenge today that if Bombay Velvet does well, then he would cut off his special weapon. So, we are now planning to send him an ice box, a very specially designed ice-box so that we can keep his special weapon on display at the upcoming Museum of Indian Cinema. We want to preserve it so that we can display India’s most inconsequential critic, KRK’s special weapon. We are sending him the ice box and we will even keep a ticket for viewing KRK’s special weapon.”
When a journalist asked Karan Johar if he actually offered KRK money, Karan asked the journalist, “Do you believe that I sent him that message?” The journalist replied, “No.” He replied, “I rest my case there itself.”
We just hope that KRK stops this nonsense and Anurag just relaxes and ignores him. As Anurag said at the event, let the film do the talking.
