Reza, who is also Katrina Kaif's trainer shared another video which he titles as Katrina's favorite toy. He wrote. "A little BOSU fun.. one of Katrina kaif favourite toys very good for balance and strengthening your stabilisers. Remember to absorb all jumps to avoid impact on your joints. Video = Three stages of progression."
