Mahesh Bhatt took to the masses to decide on an official poster for his upcoming sequel Murder 2, directed by Mohit Suri. It's an erotic thriller with themes borrowed from other American horror flicks like Saw and Hostel.
To decide on an official poster for the film, the makers developed a Facebook poster contest with the grand prize being a meet and greet with the actors of the film, Emraan Hashmi and Jacqueline Fernandez. Says Bhatt:
"We've five posters, but every film has one main poster besides other publicity posters. There was a disagreement between me and Mohit Suri on the main poster of the film. We thought the best way out is to show all the posters to the people of the country and let them select one."
Other than trying to sell sex, the posters are nothing to write home about, except one! One of the 5 posters released, is a clear cut copy of a Korean movieBad Guy. Take a lookie:
