Shor in the city - First Look *ing Tusshar Kapoor ,Preeti Desai ,Nikhil Diwedi

Gone are the days when movie poster s in Bollywood were mere stills from the film or hastily taken group shots , Bollywood is coming of age and realizing the importance of making that first impression count with their posters. Prime example is the poster for Balaji’s next releases the edgy, entertaining, black comedy ‘Shor in the City’. The pleasing teal coloured background with scratch effects grabs your attention and draws you into observing the poster. The graphic representation of the characters has never before seen in a bollywood film, it gives an edgy and cool feel to the film. The depiction of Mumbai’s skyline gives you a fair idea that the films not only about the city but the city itself plays a major character in the film, it gives a glimpse into what the film is about. This allows it to market to casual observers and film buffs at once, all through imagery. The tag line ‘if you can’t hear it you’re obviously dead’ creates a certain degree of interest in the mind of the viewer about the plot of the film. The black comedy Shor in the city has an ensemble cast of Tusshar Kapoor , Sendhil Ramamurthy , Preeti Desai , Radhika Apte , Pitabosh and Nikhil Diwedi.
