As a part of the on going Indian Film Festival - Bollywood and Beyond 2011 in Australia , the festival created a new Guinness Record for the " Largest Bollywood Dance Class ' on ' Munni Badnaam Hui '
Over 1500 Melbournians had to dance for 3 mins in unison to break the existing record and cheered by Munni ( Malaika Arora Khan ) herself and joined by other festival guests like Kabir Khan , Arbaaz Khan and Rajkumar Gupta the Indian Film Festival created the new record.
It was a magical moment bringing much joy and cheer when the Guinness Adjuricator declared the results and handed the prestigious certificate
The Indian Film Festival Bollywood and Beyond commences in Sydney and travels to Sydney , Adelaide and Auckland all through March , showcasing the best of Indian cinema screening over 30 films , 15 ANZ premieres and two International premieres and a retrospective of Vidya Balan's best work. The other festival guests were Vidya Balan , Arbaaz Khan , Ali Zafar , Kabir Khan ,Raj kumar Gupta , Leslee Udwin and Malaika Arora Khan
